The first Justice League trailer is finally here! That’s right folks, Warner Bros unveiled special San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC2016) footage of the super hero team-up DC fans have been waiting for.
We got our first taste of the DC Expanded Universe (DCEU) during Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice when it was revealed that Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) had computer files on Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Momoa) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher). Wonder Woman was the best part of Batman v Superman, but the cameos by The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg underwhelmed.
There’s nothing underwhelming about the JLA trailer. Even though there isn’t a lot of “action” it features more than enough character and chemistry building.
Arthur Curry tossed Bruce Wayne up against a wall. Diana Prince and Bruce Wayne had a bit of alone time. Barry Allen is socially inept and needs to find himself some friends.
Unfortunately, it’s what should be the coolest looking character, Victor Stone in Cyborg armor, that was mildly disappointing. The combination of Cyborg’s armor and CGI made him looks a bit like it was created with 90s CGI.
I won’t spoil anything else from the JLA trailer. You can enjoy it for yourself!
Oh and we want to know, does the JLA trailer wash away the bitter taste left by BvS?
