Carnival Row Season 1 Teaser Drops; Renewed for Season 2 by Amazon (VIDEO)

It sucks when you get hooked on a series and then it’s cancelled by a TV network or streaming service before a second season. You won’t have that problem if you get hooked on Amazon’s Carnival Row starring Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne.

According to EW, Amazon has already renewed Carnival Row for a second season.

Amazon dropped the first teaser for its Victorian era fantasy where mythological immigrant creatures are “feared by humans and forbidden to live, love or fly with freedom.”

As you’ll see in the Carnival Row teaser, a secret love is at the center of Rycroft Philostsrate (Bloom) and Vignette Stonemoss’s (Delevingne) story.

Oh, and incidentally, does Jared Harris not give good villain? In the teaser his character, Absalom Breakspear, looks like someone you could either love-to-hate or outright hate.

Carnival Row premieres on Amazon on August 30 for Labor Day weekend!
