The CW really seems to love former The Vampire Diaries and The Originals star Sebastian Roché. According to Deadline, Roche is joining the cast of Batwoman’s freshman season in the role of Dr. Campbell. The recurring character is a philanthropist and plastic surgeon.
Set in Arrowverse already filled with Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl, Batwoman stars Ruby Rose as Gotham resident and crime-fighter Kate Kane aka Batwoman.
In addition to portraying Mikael Mikaelson on TVD and The Originals, Roché has an extensive sci-fi, fantasy and horror TV resume. He has appeared on Supernatural, Fringe, One Upon a Time, Merlin, Grimm and the original Charmed.
Many Daytime Confidential and Geek Confidential podcast listeners are familiar with Roché from his run as international bad boy Jerry Jacks on General Hospital.
