The Disney Plus versus Netflix rivalry continues to grow. The launch of Disney’s new streaming platform included the premiere of its Star Wars based series The Mandalorian and it looks like The Force was with it, thanks to an assist from Baby Yoda.

The Mandalorian has dethroned Netflix’s Stranger Things, which had reigned atop the streaming TV show ratings for five months, according to Parrot Analytics and reported by Business Insider.

Reportedly, “The Mandalorian had over 100 million demand expressions during the week of November 17 to November 23, according to Parrot Analytics, while Stranger Things had 81 million.”

Previously, The Mandalorian unseated Netflix’s other hit Umbrella Academy as the No. 1 new streaming TV series of the year so far.
