New Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Footage Released

***Mild Spoilers Below!***

The official Star Wars Movies Facebook page dropped new footage from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker on Thursday!

Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) is shown landing on a desolate planet. He enters a temple, and then we hear several voices from the past. First, Emperor Palpatine (Clive Revill) utters “At last my boy, I have been every voice,” then Supreme Leader Snoke (Andy Serkis) chimes in ” you have ever heard” and Darth Vader (James Earl Jones) ends with ” inside your head”. The shot finishes with Ren violently pointing his light saber at someone who remains to be seen! Then, General Palpatine’s famous evil laugh surges through the trailer.

The screen goes dark, and various footage from the remainder of the movie is featured. It also appears Ren and Rey (Daisy Ridley) will have a rematch from The Force Awakens. Who will come out on top?
