Paramount to Reboot Power Rangers

GO GO POWER RANGERS!

Paramount Pictures has decided to try it’s hand at a seasoned franchise. The Power Rangers are set to come back to the big screen! Director Jonathan Entwistle, best known for Netflix’s The End of the F—ing World is in talks helm the reboot per The Hollywood Reporter.

The newest movie version of the classic 90s series is said to be getting back to basics. Patrick Burleigh will write the story which will feature a teenager traveling back to the 1990s.

The last movie outing for the series was 2017’s Power Rangers produced by Lionsgate. When the film underperformed, any chance of a sequel was shelved by the studio.

Only time will tell if the newest set of Power Rangers will be able to create real movie magic!
