Taika Waititi Eyes Next Star Wars Movie

There’s finally a buzz in the galaxy about the next phase of Star Wars films. The Hollywood Reporter has the dish on Taika Waititi possibly helming the next Star Wars.

There are several reports that Waititi is the number 1 person Disney/Lucasfilms has in mind to evolve the next space journey. While the studio is remaining silent on any official word, the streets are talking.

Waititi is no stranger to the Star Wars world. He recently directed the critically acclaimed final episode of Disney Plus’ The Mandalorian. He was also the director of Thor: Ragnarok, and is set to step back into the chair for the sequel Thor: Love and Thunder.
