It looks like a Kung Fu pilot is a go!  In November it was revealed that The CW was developing a female-led reboot of the 1970s series. Now the netlet has ordered a pilot for the series.

The CW’s go-to Arrowverse creator Greg Berlanti is an executive producer. He will be working with his Blindspot partners Christina M. Kim and Martin Gero who will act as showrunner and another executive producer, respectively, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The CW has already ordered Superman and Lois and Walker, Texas Ranger straight to series.

Meanwhile, TVLine has new details on The 100 prequel spinoff. Reportedly, it will be called Anaconda and air as a backdoor pilot during The 100’s upcoming final season.

The potential series would take place in the aftermath of the world’s first nuclear apocalypse, following “a band of survivors on the ground as they learn to cope in a dangerous world while fighting to create a new and better society from the ashes of what came before.”

Are you excited by the Kung Fu pilot developments?  What do you think of The 100’s “Anaconda” back door pilot?
