The 100 Returns For Final Season in May

We finally know when The 100’s final season will premiere.

Today The CW announced that The 100 would return for its seventh and final season.

The dystopian sci-fi series starring Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley, Marie Avgeropoulos, Lindsey Morgan and Paige Turco returns May 20.

The season will feature a flashback episode as a backdoor pilot titled “Anaconda.” The 100 prequel would be set immediately after earth’s first nuclear apocalypse. It predates the lives of the characters we’ve come to love on The 100 by almost a one-hundred years.

In February it was announced that Lindsey Morgan will star opposite of Supernatural’s Jared Padalecki in The CW’s upcoming Walker, Texas Ranger reboot.
