Tom Pelphrey Reveals Scrapped Iron Fist Season 3 Plans at Netflix

Did you love Netflix’s Iron Fist or did you love to hate it relationship with the series as some of us here at Geek Confidential? Even though it wasn’t our favorite of the Netflix Marvel shows, there was no question that Tom Pelphrey delivered one of the most mesmerizing performances on the series as Ward Meachum.

Now the former Banshee star and Guiding Light grad is talking about his time on Iron Fist and what was planned for Iron Fist season three.

In an interview with ComicBook.com, at the press tour for Pelphrey’s current show Ozark, Pelphrey teased what sounds an awful lot like a globe-trotting buddy series.

“There was some talk about what it would look like for Danny and Ward to be going to Asia together,” Pelphrey tells us. “There was talk of almost like a … well, I think I can say this now … but like a kind of like a Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid kind of comradery, bonding.”
