Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to Return Earlier

ABC moves up their entire summer line up due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D will now premiere earlier than expected, per The Hollywood Reporter.

ABC’s normal “Summer Fun & Games” schedule usually debuts in June. This year, all shows will begin in May. Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D will premiere on Wednesday, May 27th for it’s seventh and final season.

The show made the move to summer last year after traditionally airing in the fall. It was Marvel’s first venture into live-action primetime scripted television.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D was created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen. The series stars Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, and Elizabeth Henstridge.
