David Talaski Creates Superheroes as Vintage Pin Ups

Have anyone ever thought of their favorite superhero in a different light? American artist David Talaski has drawn a few Marvel and DC superheroes as 1950’s Pin-Up Boys, per attitude!

Talaski recently explained why he chose to reimagine the characters. In the interview with attitude, he states “The thing I find so charming about classic pin-up is that it’s both sexy and a little ridiculous. The idea of putting handsome, brawny supermen in these cheeky situations, usually depicted with women, seemed like a fun take on the genre.  I also just wanted an excuse to draw sexy men.” Can’t really argue with the man on the last point!

In total, 10 characters were given the sexy treatment! Please keep in mind these all seem to be based off the movie counterparts of the comic characters. Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Aquaman (Jason Momoa) are among the 10 serving face and body in the drawings.
