Will Micheal Keaton Return as Batman in The Flash Movie?

Holy mother of all rumors, Batman! The Wrap reports 1989 and 1992 Batman Michael Keaton may return to the role in the upcoming The Flash film!

Apparently, Keaton is in early negotiations to don the Batman suit again, alongside Ezra Miller‘s Flash. There is currently no word on the size of his role. From previous information, the film will be based on the infamous Flashpoint storyline.

It is possible Keaton’s return as Batman will introduce the multi-verse to the DC Film Universe. This would allow different versions of Batman to exist at the same time, and maybe interact with one another. The DC television shows (The CW’s Arrow, The Flash, Black Lightning, Supergirl, etc.) have executed the multiverse concept in the past.

 Andrés Muschietti is set to direct The Flash film. The movie is set to hit theaters in 2022!
