The pandemic movie struggle is far from over. Woman Woman 1984 will now drop later in the year, per The Hollywood Reporter.

Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) and the Amazons are set to debut on October 2, 2020 instead of August 14, 2020. This is the third release date change for the film. It’s original release date was November 2019.

The sequel to 2018’s Wonder Woman sees the return of Gal Gadot as Woman Woman and Chris Pine as Steve Trevor. Pine’s return is a bit of shocking considering his character seemed to meet his maker in the original film. Robin Wright will also reprise her role as Antiope.

Kristen Wiig stars as the main villain Cheetah. The Mandaorian‘s Pedro Pascal will step into the role of evil businessman Max Lord. Connie Nielsen rounds out the main cast as Amazon Hippolyta.

Warner Bros. has stated previously the film will have a big theatrical debut no matter what. Let’s see if the current state of the world will allow the studio to keep its promise.
