Get ready to see more of the Justice Society of America! Stargirl will officially return for a second season on The CW.

The show will finish its run on the DC Universe streaming service for Season 1, and then move to the The CW permanently. Beginning in Season 2, the series will be a CW exclusive show. Currently, Stargirl is first airing on DC Universe, and then on The CW the next night.

No word on the reason for the big move to The CW. It does appear there are big changes being made on the DC Universe streamer. With Doom Patrol having a similar set up with HBO Max, rumors are swirling the program could be next.

Stargirl features Brec Bassinger as the title character along with Luke Wilson, Amy Smart, Yvette Monreal, Anjelika Washington, Cameron Gellman, Trae Romano, Jake Austin Walker, Hunter Sansone, Meg DeLacy, Neil Jackson and Christopher James Baker. Comic creator Geoff Johns serves as executive producer with showrunner Melissa Carter. Greg Berlanti co-produces the project.
