Disney Plus Launches The Right Stuff Trailer, Unveils Premiere Date

A full length trailer for The Right Stuff has been released by Disney Plus.

The National Geographic series is based on the 1979 book by Tom Wolfe. It follows the first Project Mercury astronauts chosen for the NASA space program, known as the Mercury Seven.

The Right Stuff stars Patrick J. Adams as John Glenn, James Lafferty is Scott Carpenter, Jake McDorman is Alan Shepard, Colin O’Donoghue is Gordon Cooper, Michael Trotter as Gus Grissom, Aaron Staton as Wally Schirra and Micah Stock as Deke Slayton as the Mercury Seven.

Jackson Pace, Eric Ladin and Patrick Fischler portray Glynn Lunney, Chris Kraft and as Bob Gilruth, respectively.

The Right Staff enters the Disney Plus orbit on October 9.
