
Another one bites the dust! Warner Bros. announces the DC Universe service will transform into the comic only DC Universe Infinite, per The Hollywood Reporter!
This is not necessarily a surprise as the streamer moved all of its original programming to HBO Max. DC Universe Infinite is the new name of the service, and will feature comics only. The rebrand is set for January 21, 2021

DCUI will first be available in the U.S., and then expand globally. There will be several original digital comics available starring fan favorite characters. The app will also feature digital first comics. Additionally, the service will offer catalog titles sixth months after their official on-sale date.

Finally, over 24,000 comics from the past 80 years will be easily accessible on the app. There will also be a featured fan community for everyone who subscribes. There are already events on the schedule through 2021. All current DC Universe users will automatically receive a DC Universe Infinite subscription!
