The Jurassic Park universe continues to grow. Netflix drops the Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous CG animated series trailer!
The series follows the story of Jurassic World, but this time it’s all young teens away at Camp Cretaceous. The pre-adults all visit the camp/amusement park with real dinosaurs, and things quickly go awry.
In the trailer, the kids are telling ghost stories around the camp fire. They take the infamous ride into Camp Cretaceous to visit the dinosaurs. The traveling glass globes from Jurassic World appear as the kids tour the camp grounds. Naturally, a T-Rex breaks loose and panic ensures.
The kids must find a way to survive the dinosaurs without any kind of new age tech. Will they be able to go old school and save each other? There is also an interactive site for the show CampCretaceous.com.
The series stars Jenna Ortega as Brooklynn, Raini Rodriguez as Sammy, Paul-Mikél Williams as Darius, Sean Giambrone as Ben, Glen Powell as Dave, Kausar Mohammed as Yaz, Ryan Potter as Kenji, and Jameela Jamil as Roxie. Scott Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley serve as showrunners.
Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous hits Netflix on September 18! Check out the trailer below!
