She-Hulk Series Finds Director and Executive Producer

She-Hulk Smash! Kat Coiro will direct and executive produce the upcoming She-Hulk series at Disney Plus, according to Deadline!

Coiro is set to direct the pilot and several other episodes of the season. While the project is still in the early stages, it’s full speed ahead. The show will be part of the MCU. This makes the 4th live action Marvel centric show in Disney Plus along with The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, WandaVision and Loki.

She-Hulk is all about Jennifer Walters, the cousin of The Hulk aka Bruce Banner. She receives a blood transfusion from him which saves her life and gives her his Hulk powers! When Jennifer becomes She-Hulk, she doesn’t lose all sense of herself. She is the same person, but in Hulk form.

Star Wars: Detours and Rick and Morty Jessica Gao will serve as showrunner and head writer. The series is currently looking for an actress to fill the lead role.
