It may be a little longer before the Princess of the Amazons returns to the big screen. Deadline reports it is highly likely Warner Bros. will push the release date of Wonder Woman 1984 yet again!

With the major movie markets still closed due to COVID 19, the studio is weighing its option for Wonder Woman. Currently, the film is set for an October 2 debut. However, time is running out for all the studio’s ducks to be in a row.

Also, Tenet’s recent release is another hiccup for Wonder Woman’s October bow. The Christopher Nolan film still needs to do big numbers, and can’t until New York and Los Angeles open up. It is not in the industry’s best interest to have two big blockbusters open in a limited environment.

Rumors are swirling Wonder Woman 1984 will probably hit theaters in November or December. However, I wouldn’t hold my breathe on either of those months!
