Assassin’s Creed Live Action Series a Go at Netflix

As the creed goes, “Nothing is true; everything is permitted”. According to The Hollywood Reporter, an Assassin’s Creed Live Action TV series is in the works at Netflix.

Assassin’s Creed is the incredibly popular Ubisoft video game series available on both Playstation and X-Box consoles. In a new deal between Netflix and Ubisoft, Assassin’s Creed is the first game to get an television adaptation. While the show is still in the early stages of pre-production, the search for a showrunner is underway.

The Assassin’s Creed deal not only includes the TV series, but stories for other live-action, animated and anime series. The franchising has only just begun at Netflix!
