Conan The Barbarian Series Set For Netflix

What is best in life? According to Deadline, a new Conan The Barbarian TV series is in development at Netflix!

The deal between Netflix, Pathfinder Media, and Conan Properties International gives the streamer exclusive rights to the entire Conan literary library. There are options to have both live action and animated projects for TV and film. Pathfinder Media’s Fredrik Malmberg and Mark Wheeler will executive produce the series.

The character Conan the Barbarian goes all the way back to 1932 from a fantasy story by Robert E. Howard. He puts both his brains and musices to good use! He is a sword and sorcery hero. Conan made his live action film debut in 1982’s Conan the Barbarian starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Jason Momoa took over the role in the 2011 reboot.

The series is currently on the look out for a showrunner, director and star. The next Conan will have big shoes to fill. Will you watch a new Conan the Barbarian?
