Hocus Pocus 2 is Officially Happening

Tis Time! Bette Midler confirms on Good Day New York after 27 years a Hocus Pocus sequel is officially in the works!

It’s been nearly three decades since Winifred Sanderson (Bette Midler) and her sisters tried to suck the life out of the child of Salem! Finally, it’s time for their return. Lead actress Bette Midler dropped the sequel tea in an interview on Good Day New York.

Middler states, “They want to make a movie, they’ve asked us if we were interested and of course all of us said yes. I’m game, I’m totally game.” There it is folks! Get your witch hats and brooms ready.

Hocus Pocus was initially a box office failure, but reruns have turned the film into a Halloween success. Watch Bette speak on the sequel around the 9:30 mark!
