Batwoman Season 2: Watch the Trailer!

It’s a new day in Gotham City! The CW releases the first full trailer for Batwoman season 2!

The video begins with Alice (Rachel Skarsten) singing a dark version of a classic nursery rhyme. She utters “Twinkle Twinkle Little Bat. How I wonder where you’re at?” Javicia Leslie as Ryan Wilder is shown holding up the Batwoman suit. As Luke (Camrus Johnson) is shown crying, the camera zooms in on a newspaper article titled “What happened to Kate Kane?”. As promised, Kate Kane (Ruby Rose) is not dead just missing for the time being.

Mary (Nicole Kang) stresses to Luke the city needs a hero and another Batwoman! The scene then flashes to Colonel Jacob Kane (Dougray Scott) saying he’s not ready to give up hope on Kate being alive. Quickly, Ryan asks to be given a chance! She states in full Batwoman regalia “Time to be powerful.”

Ryan’s Batwoman is seen beating up bad guys and driving the batmobile. Luke reminds Ryan that Batwoman does not kill. Alice appears and states the new girl “is going to be a handful“. It seems Alice has some real interesting plans for Gotham.

Ryan mentions she changed the Batwoman suit a bit. As the trailer ends, the viewers are reminded there’s a new Batwoman in town!
