Locke & Key Picked Up For Season 3

The mystery and evil of Keyhouse will return! Netflix has renewed Locke & Key for a third season.

Locke & Key hit the streamer in February of this year. The series picked up a second season in March. Now, in December, the series gets a third season before the second airs. Season 2 of the show just finished production, and will air in 2021.

Currently, filming will begin as soon as the new year starts. The series follows the Locke siblings after their father’s mysterious murder. The trio and their mother move into Keyhouse, their father’s ancestral home. Soon, the Locke’s discover a set of keys that have the power to unlock doors in magical ways. All the keys possess a different power. However, they are not alone. A demon is after the keys, and subsequently the family. Will the get answers about their father’s death and keep their lives?

The series takes its source material from a comic book series by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodríguez. Locke & Key stars Darby Stanchfield, Connor Jessup, Emilia Jones, Jackson Robert Scott, Laysla De Oliveira, Aaron Ashmore, Petrice Jones, and Griffin Gluck. Meredith Averill and Carlton Cuse are co-showrunners and executive producers.
