Kal-El’s alter ego has an updated look! Tyler Hoechlin’s version of Superman has a new suit on Superman & Lois, the show’s official Twitter profile revealed. .
The new blue costume looks quite sleek. It appears The CW has gone with a little darker blue. Additionally, the suit is fitting Tyler in all the right places. The S on his chest is a bit more slim and detailed than his movie counterparts. His cape is still intact and swishing the wind. The only thing that is missing in the shot are the infamous red boots.

Hoechlin speaks out on his new super threads! “I find that the new suit is representative of the show,” Hoechlin says. Just as this suit is unique and set apart from the ones that preceded it, the story we’re telling about Clark/Superman at this point in his life is unique and something we’ve never seen before. I appreciate the opportunity to wear the suit and the responsibility that comes with it. It’s always interesting when I’m asked how I feel about ‘my new suit.’ because I’ve always felt that the suit doesn’t belong to me; it belongs to everyone that finds some kind of meaning in that suit, in the symbol on the chest. I just happen to be the one wearing it.”

Superman & Lois stars Hoechlin, Elizabeth Tulloch, Dylan Walsh , Emmanuelle Chriqui, Erik Valdez, Wole Parks, Jordan Elsass, Alexander Garfin and Inde Navarrette. The series premieres on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 9/8c.
