Another day, another film is moving dates! This time, Deadline reports Paramount’s animated movie Rumble has been pushed to 2022!
Rumble will tell monster teenager Winnie’s story as she tries to enter the family business: wrestling. She wishes to train an underdog wrestler into a champion like her father did years ago. The monsters are all superstar athletes.
Hamish Grieve will direct, while Mark Bakshi and Brad Booker produce. Matt Lieberman and Etan Cohen wrote the screenplay.
The film jumps from May 14 2021 to Feb. 18, 2022. The plan is to release the film in theaters at that time.
