Michelle Rodriguez and Justice Smith Cast In Dungeons & Dragons Film

Michelle Rodriguez and Justice Smith have joined the cast of Dungeons & Dragons, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The ultimate nerd board game is getting a new movie adaptation with star power. The game of strategy is known for its treasure hunts, wargames, elves, orcs, humans and more! The exact plot of the film is unknown at this time.

Rodriguez and Smith join Star Trek alum Chris Pine as primary members of the cast. Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley will serve as co-directors and writers. The project is a joint venture by Hasbro/eOne and Paramount Pictures.

With undoubtedly more casting to come, the film is currently in pre-production. Look for the film to tentatively debut on May 27, 2022!
