Watch Netflix’s Jupiter’s Legacy Teaser Trailers!

Netflix released two Jupiter’s Legacy teaser trailers so it’s time to take things old school!

The new series is based on the comic of the same name by Mark Millar and drawn by Frank Quitely. The show features the world’s first superheroes! The team received their powers in the late 1930’s. In modern times, they are the well respected OG’s! The apple didn’t fall far from the tree as their grandchildren are now the superheroes defending the Earth.  

The first teaser trailer seems to have one of the originals talking to their children saying “one day, you’re gonna be stronger than anyone else in the world“. However, another voice warns every evil there is will seek vengeance against humanity. As the voice over continues, the screen moves through a series of rings, a red cape and finally a castle. The Jupiter’s Legacy logo featuring a bird with a halo appears.

In the second teaser trailer offers a glimpse of how the characters went from paper to live action. The comic’s original artist Quitely drew the series actors in character and trailer brings them to life one by one. The series stars Josh Duhamel as Sheldon Sampson/The Utopian, Ben Daniels as Walter Sampson/Brainwave, Leslie Bibb as Grace Sampson/Lady Liberty, Elena Kampouris as Chloe Sampson, Andrew Horton as Brandon Sampson, and Timeless alum Matt Lanter as George Hutchene. Look for the series to begin on May 7!
